All items posted to the UK, Scotland, Ireland and Northen Ireland will be posted via the Royal Mail, 1st or 2nd class postage, free of charge with all UK orders.
Unfortunately I no longer ship to the rest of the world via this website. Please visit www.etsy.com/shop/WorryKnotUK if you require shipping to other countries outside of the UK.
Can I make multiple orders at once?
My website doesn't allow for different shipping addresses in one order.
The easiest way to order multiple if wanting to send them to different places/different gifts is to put all the orders through separately (unfortunately).
Alternatively, you can put through an order all in one go to one address but then email me and let me know where and who you want them sent to on email@example.com.
What if it's sold out?
Please sign up to my newsletter at the bottom of the page using your email address or follow me on instagram/facebook @worryknotuk or message or email me on firstname.lastname@example.org to find out if and when new stock will become available.
How do they help you relax?
Worry Beads (necklaces) have been used for centuries in order to help people relax. Although Worry Knot Jewellery is not an exact replica of traditional worry beads, my initial inspiration was worry beads and you can twirl the beads in similar ways. Visit the how to use page for more.
What sizes do you do?
You can choose which size you need from the drop down menus on the item. If you require a very specific size for an item please get in touch with me at email@example.com or message me via faceboo/instagram @worryknotuk
Are the gemstones real?
Yes. Worry Knot uses natural and real gemstones.
Can I order one as a gift and send directly to someone?
Sure! Just pop thie recipients address as the shipping address and add a personalised message via product screen or at the checkout.
Do you sell giftcards?
Yes. You can buy an e-gift card to send to the recipient and they will be given a code. Search gift card in the shop.

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.

You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (for a custom order of jewellery, for example), if you contact me directly.
